What will you do

  • Responsible for timely resolved claims and disputes

  • Investigates and reviews credit risks involving customers and suppliers

  • Evaluates credit history

  • Handles day to day activities and refers the most delicate matters to the supervisor

  • Prepares and follows up letters of collection

  • Regularly reflects the status of credit and collection activities disputes


What do we expect

  • Business experience in OTC nice to have

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact

  • Very good English and Dutch

  • Proactiveness, improvements driver, problem solver

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP
