Job description

As iGaming/Casino CRM manager, you will be ensuring the smooth operation of multiple iGaming brands across multiple markets.

Your main objectives are to drive conversion, early life, cross-sell, churn prevention, and reactivation rates.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and implement end-to-end CRM campaigns.
  • Increase customer engagement and retention, reducing churn, and actively moving users further down the loyalty path increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to maintain a promo and events calendar, coordinate design, and schedule CRM campaigns on a weekly basis.
  • Assisting communications plans that are simple, effective and manageable.



  • Experience in iGaming industry CRM vertical.
  • Knowing different iGaming CRM tools.
  • Data-driven and curious about customer behavior.
  • Optimistic and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to be independent and lead on projects.
  • English is a must, RU, GER, TR, Portuguese is plus.
