Your activities as an Implementation Specialist

The job
As a Web Product Implementation Specialist, you will be supporting EMEA based clients and will be responsible for establishing a new service specifically dedicated to clients’ high profile & critical programs.

The activities

Part of your daily activities will be

  • Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video conferences
  • Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers
  • Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products
  • Deliver high-quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures

Procedure and compensation of the training

The training period for the Implementations Specialist position is six weeks of classroom training The training has a duration of 8 hours per day and the starting times may vary between 08 00 h and 09 30 h

During the training, you will receive an insight into your future work field which will include

  • Integration into the team
  • Training for new computer software programs
  • Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client
  • Customer and technical support management training for telephone, email and ( contact
  • On the job training and independent implementation of training content

Working hours
40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08 00 h to 17 00 h

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video conferencing
  • Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers
  • Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products
  • Deliver high-quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures

Key Skills and Experience: 

  • Turkish language at least C1 level, good English at least B2 level
  • Basic understanding or interest for JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS/CSS3
  • Basic understanding or interest for CMS platforms like WordPress/Shopify/Wix/Joomla or similar
  • Experience or interest in online advertising or ad product experience
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Technologically capable to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template / process
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, relationship management and support skills
