We are looking for a Supervisor for one of our projects.
Our client
Their clients belong to the top 500 business companies in the sectors IT, telecommunications, e-commerce, automotive, and financial services. They are a multicultural company collaborating with employees from over 100 different nationalities. Responsibilities
Report relevant metrics in a weekly and monthly basis
Align the engagement of each agent with the country expectations
Support team members in the approach to the assigned list of accounts
Open and handle IT tickets affecting any of the team members
Assist to the training of the new starters
General back up for Project Manager

Salary: 25.000 euros gross/year + up to 8.000 euros gross/year in bonus

Who we´re seeking...
Native level speaker of German with fluent English
Desirable: previous experience as a supervisor
Good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environments
Good knowledge of the B2B relationship behaviors
Very good knowledge of telemarketing / sales
Outbound experience / sales experience is a plus
Identification of new sales chances
Very good self-organization
Punctual, loyal, reliable
High social competence, team worker
