What will you do?

• Handle and respond to customer issues through phone, email, and chat

• Manage customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency

• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally

• Perform data entry and work with various software programs

• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment

Candidate profile

• Native or near-native in Slovak

• Communicative level of English

• Strong communication, politeness, and courtesy

• Good time management and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work in a team setting

• Flexibility for shift work

• Basic software skills
