Japanese Speaking Account Manager for a Forex Industry Leaders in Cyprus/Remote opportunity from the EU
Our client is a global forex and CFD broker that was founded in 2010. The company offers a wide range of financial products and services for retail and institutional clients, including forex, commodities, indices, shares, cryptocurrencies, and more.
Your role :
Open new accounts and build a new clientele base.
Maximise all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable.
Know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better sell to the client.
Gain understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services.
Attain full understanding of the company internal operating systems.
Achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Account Managers.
Follow up on leads for prospective clients.
Fully understand and implement all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures.
Ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon.
Provide training to clients for using the Company's trading system.
Input detailed and accurate data and information in all internal system.
Develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.
Follow up on all existing clients to increase trading volumes, deposits and manage withdrawals.
Develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.
Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing business partnerships.
Travel to various locations for seminars and meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute business strategies.
Negotiate agreements with affiliates and partners.
Requirements
University/College Degree
Fluency in English and Japanese
I.T. Proficiency
Experience in a relevant field will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication and organizational skills
