Your Tasks:
Handling incoming customer contacts via email;
Upsell product, content and features;
Assist customers with resolving technical issues;
Walk customers through updating their account and billing information;
Displays a knowledge across multiple facets of the organization – content, features, supported devices, etc.
Our Requirements:
Excellent Written skills in Italian (B2 or higher)
Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 or higher)
Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus;
Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do” attitude;
Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way;
