Customers use the website to plan a trip as well as an app designed to support where to go, while exploring the city with tips and tricks from local experts.
The job position Your job is to support customers from your home office (within the Lisbon metropolitan area or Porto, Portugal). Helping travellers find, plan and book their activities, enabling a worry-free and efficient travel experience.
Your tasks - Customer service before, during and after travel; - Customer contact by phone, chat and e-mail, mainly in German - Helping customers to book experiences and activities; - Checking the status of bookings; - Advice on experience location and pick-up; - Payment; - Booking changes, cancellations and refunds;
Your Profile
Fluent in German spoken and written (C1/2)
Good level of English (B2)
Computer skills
Quick and efficient time management
Proactive personality with initiative spirit
Good communicator
