The position Become a member of our first-class Support Team and help the company to look after its customers in an exciting and international working atmosphere.
Telephone and written support of all inquiries of customers
Excellent advice and fast assistance on topics such as product selection, ordering, payment methods, delivery, exchange, and guarantee
Written answers to customer inquiries via social media channels
Cross- and upselling (additional sales) of products after assistance or advice to the customer.
The Requirements
Fluent inGerman spoken and written (C1/2);
Good level of English.
Relevant education, Computer Skills.
Quick and efficient management of time.
Proactive personality, with initiative spirit.
Good communicator.
Dynamic and organized.
