Branding a product means giving a product a face, a personality and a story. As a Customer Care Agent in this particular project, it will be providing support for a well-known car brand.

The Role

  • Treating mostly inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chats from customers 
  • Being the main contact of the customer
  • Applying operational instructions in order to deliver the best possible level of quality
  • Updating the database and managing the communication average time to achieve objectives


The Requirements

  • German speaker (professional level) and fluent in English 
  • Good knowledge of basic computer tools and specific software
  • Mastering techniques of distant customer relationship management: advice, sales, care, etc.
  • Knowledge of the gas and oil industry would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the product and the customers’ needs (after training)
