Your Role as an International Recruiter

As an International Recruiter, you will work with the following tasks (including but not limited to):

• Being responsible for your own recruitment projects with existing customers

• Working primarily with Southern European language-speaking candidates

• Using your creativity to create eye-catching and informative job adverts

• Being active on the phone and proactively headhunting candidates using various portals and tools

• Leveraging social media to create visibility and reach out to potential candidates

• Screening applications and interviewing candidates via phone and video

• Creating candidate presentations and following up with clients throughout the process

• Matchmaking and building strong relationships with candidates and clients

• Continuously managing your time to create structure and drive success

• Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets

• Fluent in English and German or Dutch
