French-speaking Medical Customer Support in Lisbon, Portugal | Starting date 08.11.2021 | Signing bonus: 1500 Eur

Responsibilities

  • Assist consumers when ordering a device or test kit
  • Knowing how to reassure the patient in the event of a malfunction of the device, have unconditional control stressful situation (knowing how to manage situations in which the person is in a intense panic due to malfunction
  • Knowing how to provide first-degree technical assistance in the event of a malfunction (trouble shooting)
  • Report each contact as a report in English
  • You will assist French-speaking users

 

Key Skills and Experience:

  • native French speaker, good English at least B1 level
  • Stress managemente skills
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Technologically capable to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template / process
  • Strong communication, customer service, relationship management and support skills
