Candidate profile

• Experience in a customer-facing role (chat, email, phone)

• Experience in the gaming sector is an advantage

• Proficient in web tools, MS Office, and typing skills

• Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

• Solid oral and written communication abilities
