Our client is looking for English speakers to join their Telesales team in Sofia, Bulgaria!

Our Client

Our client is a small-scale company representing many international English and Belgian brands. They operate on a low hierarchy system and are passionate about making sure that their colleagues are taken care of, both inside and outside of the workplace. Thanks to their strong internal team, they are able to provide top-quality Customer Support to the English-speaking market on behalf of industry-leading English brands. They are now looking to expand their English-speaking team to be able to assist more English-speaking customers. 

The Role

  • To contact existing clients to understand their business needs and goals;
  • To sell digital solutions that will help clients to improve their online presence and to help them grow;
  • To do callbacks in order to finalize the sales;
  • To follow up with the clients;
  • To handle questions and requests from inbound and outbound calls/emails while giving the best customer service;
  • To do cold calling depending on the needs of the clients;
  • To meet the sales targets;

The Ideal Profile

  • Native-level English or Fluent speaker
  • Secondary diploma completed
  • Proved inbound & outbound sales experience (B2C or B2B)
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude, pro-activity, flexibility
