Your Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead by Example: Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team, setting a standard of excellence through your own leadership and coaching.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Lead your team to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by generating sales pipeline, accelerating opportunities, and driving closures.
  • Coach and Develop: Provide ongoing coaching to team members, ensuring adherence to procedures and driving continuous improvement in sales techniques and customer interactions.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by monitoring key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
  • Talent Development: Assess team capabilities, build talent pipelines, and facilitate meaningful career development discussions to support individual and team growth.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with quality coaches, readiness managers, and other stakeholders to improve overall team performance and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Native or proficient in English, with French proficiency considered a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technology-related sales or business development, along with 3+ years of team management experience, preferably in the IT industry. Proven track record of leading successful sales teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and enable high performers while driving improvement in underperformers.
  • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and manage customer relationships through successful sales strategies.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a diverse and dynamic environment, with a passion for achieving results and exceeding sales goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Dynamics or Salesforce.
