They are a renowned global IT service and consulting company, presently developing their tech footprint in Lisbon (Parque das Nações). For their technical project their are looking for a System Analyst, who will play a critical role in assisting the clients as system expert, providing an excellent technical customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage systems access approvals, from our client and its end customers, partners, and third parties. Manage access controls for new personnel starters, movers, and leavers (employees/contractors) in Service Delivery
  • Perform security license validation (cost down process). Coordinate Scrub process (which is list of/report of individuals and what systems each person has access to), to perform oversight/control review of such access; forward any system requests/changes to appropriate approver, as applicable
  • Perform UAT/Regression testing (Service Delivery focus), Perform Zero Test for CRM (i.e., test before business/production start), Perform Business Systems projects with respect to PEGA/CLICK.
  • Provide incident Management and Support, perform ground plan maintenance, Perform escalations for service confirmations,
  • Customer Account Management. Provide Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Support for Service Delivery
  • Provide standard and non-standard service delivery reporting

Qualification, Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in similar role
  • Relevant Educational degree with relevant work experience in the related area of work.
  • Experienced in Analyzing and documenting business and technical processes.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Industry leading products for ticketing, call management.
  • Analytical, Attention to detail, Dependability, Integrity, Adaptability, ownership and customer focus are the key competencies required for the role.
  • Language Thresholds: Dutch C1 and English C1
