Job description

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order management? We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative with a focus on Order Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming customer orders promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to address order entry and fulfillment issues
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy throughout the order management process
  • Resolve complex customer billing issues to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Coordinate with various departments such as Customer Care, Pricing Team, and Accounts Receivable to ensure correct information
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to knowledge database updates
  • Provide support to other team members as needed and follow up on internal holds related to customer credits
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of proper case handling processes and different business unit responsibilities

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, finance, data entry, data checking, or payroll data
  • Proven track record in driving process improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in B2 Dutch and B2 English (Fluency in both languages is required)
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, Agile, and Salesforce is preferred
  • Strong written communication skills in English and one other European language
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and mathematical reasoning
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changes, and innovate in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and root cause issues
  • Basic Excel skills and the ability to make independent decisions in a dynamic work environment
  • Professional demeanor with high ethical standards
