What will you do?
Handle inbound calls related to hotel reservations and customer inquiries
Complete bookings and assist with changes or special requests
Deliver exceptional customer service with a commercial mindset
Work with internal systems to manage customer cases efficiently
Candidate profile
Fluent in Dutch with good English communication skills
Experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred
Professional, calm, and customer-friendly phone manner
Open to working shifts and weekends
Based in or willing to relocate to Málaga
Employer offers
Full-time permanent contract with a 2-month trial period
Salary of €1,791.66 gross/month
Signing bonus of €1,500
39-hour work week with shifts between 08:00–22:00 (including weekends)
Paid, on-site training starting May 30
