What will you do?
Deliver first-level customer support for home and business printing products
Provide presales assistance and accurate product information
Support resellers and manage warranty service arrangements
Handle customer contacts through phone, email, chat, or social media

Technical qualifications
Solid knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
Familiarity with image editing tools and relevant applications
Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting processes
Previous experience in hardware support (especially phone/email-based)
Technical training or strong technical background preferred
Personal skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to stay composed under pressure
Native Dutch language skills (written and oral)
High level of English; additional European language is a plus
Excellent communication and service orientation
