The role

• Providing accurate information to our customers
• Logging of and following up on requests or incidences
• Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
• Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...)
• Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client's training, policies and procedures

What is offered

• Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract
• Schedule (rotative): From Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00 or from 15:00 to 24:00
• Salary: 18.800 Euros gross/year + up to 2.400 Euros gross/year in bonus

Requirements

• Native level of Dutch and fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
• Good team player with drive for success.
• Previous experience in similar position is a plus
