Job description

Customer support agents are our company’s face and provide excellent service regarding all iGaming topics. They act professional while showing empathy and answer incoming questions in English and German on a near native level. CS agents will eventually work shifts but for now operate from Monday to Friday. This role is a full time employment with 40h per week.

 

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with our customers via e-mail and live chat, no phone calls

· Provide customer support on gaming, financial, technical, or any other issues related to our online product offers

· Guide customers through our sites on desktops and mobile phones

· Assisting them in using our various services and products

· Collaborate with other team members

· Contribute to our high performance & high quality work culture and our good working atmosphere · Actively report various topics and metrics internally to team leads, the product owner, and other business partners

 

Required Competences/Qualifications:

· Native or near native level in German, both verbal and written, is mandatory

· Excellent communication skills

· Great team player with an ability to work with autonomy and good initiative

· Can work well under pressure and navigate online in multiple platforms

· Eager to learn and keep up with new updates information in a fast-paced environment

· Adaptability to work shifts (no night shifts)

· Previous experience in the Customer Support industry is an advantage

· iGaming knowledge is not mandator
