What will you do
All inquiries and complaints are handled by telephone or e-mail. You are responsible for after-sales service issues, technical and product topics and general company-related inquiries.
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the most important interface between the customer and the Daimler organization. You ensure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately. You manage our services to customers and transfer product knowledge, all communication with the customers will be in Dutch or French. Our business language within the company is English.
You are/have
Good understanding of customer satisfaction
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French, plus fluency in English (corporate language)
Ability to work in a structured environment, to prioritize, analyze and coordinate your day to day responsibilities
Empathy and negotiation skills

Working Conditions
Full-time basis of 40 hours per week from Monday-Friday, the part-time based contract can be discussed;
We provide an extensive three-week initial training and a follow-up buddy program of 2-3 months;
You will be offered the first contract with a duration of one year;
