2nd Line Agent (iGaming experience required)

Main responsibilities: 

  • Handling cases escalated by the firstline support
  • Build relationship with internal partners and other departments to resolve customers issues
  • Escalating issues to operations team, management and third-parties
  • Be point of contact for firstline support when they need assistance
  • Work together with payments team to solve problems regarding customer payments
  • Investigate and approve customers KYC-documents
  • Understanding and following procedures for the customer support department and reporting any abnormalities to closest manager
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English is required. Any other language considered a plus.
