We are looking for a Native English-speaking customer service consultant in sunny Malaga!

In this position, you will work to provide world-class customer service and support to customers of a growing start-up in the UK market.

Here, your main tasks will be to solve the customers' challenges and provide support via phone and email.

Your areas of responsibility

- Contribute individually and as a team member to deliver outstanding quality and productivity standards that meet and often exceed customer requirements

- Provide users with good solutions through information dissemination and analytical troubleshooting

- Handle confidential information

- Work with service and quality in all stages

- Handle requests via phone and email

-Contribute proactively to ensure that all inquiries are answered 

Qualifications

- Organizational, structural and analytical skills 

- Strong focus on problem solving

- Goal-oriented and service-oriented

- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

- Good communication skills in British English 

- Ability to work at a high pace
