Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Administrator at our newly established entity. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring the smooth operation of HR administrative functions. Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Conflict resolutions: Assist in resolving employee conflicts and disputes in a timely and professional manner, collaborating with managers and HR colleagues to find effective solutions
  • Policy Administration: Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.

 

HR Reporting:

  • Assist in generating HR reports and data analysis related to employee relations, turnover, and other HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training and development activities for employees, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials and resources.
  • Employee engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, feedback programs, and recognition activities, to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR administration or employee relations roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Latvian languages for effective communication with local and global teams
