As a Customer Support Agent your main tasks will be to help and guide customers in the use of our clients products!

provide guidance and help customers via phone and e-mail
resolve technical issues and operational questions
provide usage information
order spare and replacement parts
handle all complaints and inquiries
provide basic technical support and answer simple questions

are fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
are able to multitask and work under pressure

have previous experience in customer service
