What will you do?
Communicate with customers via live chat and email.
Maintain a prompt, professional, and empathetic attitude.
Resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively.
Stay updated on company products, offers, and services.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
Conduct initial investigations on queries.
Work in rotating shifts (Monday-Friday): 9:00–18:00, 13:00–22:00, 16:00–01:00.
Candidate profile
Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong computer literacy and accurate typing skills.
Capable of working efficiently in a multitasking environment.
Previous online customer support experience is a strong advantage.
