What will you do?
Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally
Attract potential customers by answering questions and adding information about all services to meet customer needs
Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform
Process and respond to contact requests promptly
Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand
Candidate profile
High level of French (C1 written and oral)
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to identify customer needs and propose fast solutions
Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
