Responsibilities:

- Diagnosis and Suggestions: Conducting thorough security and performance diagnoses, you will provide valuable suggestions and recommendations to potential customers.
- Customer Conversion: Your goal will be to convert inbound calls into loyal customers by effectively showcasing the benefits of our client's services. When necessary, you will transfer customers to level 2 technicians for comprehensive assistance.
