Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Record call details on call management systems and provide timely response and resolution within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise of products and services offered to individual customers.
  • Escalate potential service issues to Mentor.
  • Follow all project processes and procedures.
  • Ensure contractual SLA is met.
  • Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, both within and across teams.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors/Mentors on specific projects as requested.
  • Attend regular team meetings.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by Supervisor or Mentor to maintain service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications including Windows/MS Office/internet configuration.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to take ownership of customer inquiries and progress calls to resolution or escalate as needed.
