Your Role

After a fully paid training, you will assist customers via phone, email, or chat. Depending on the project, you will help customers with topics such as billing, payments, contracts, services, or technical questions. Some roles may also include technical support or appointment scheduling.

Your Profile

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)

• Currently living in Greece with the right to work

• Customer-oriented, empathetic, and solution-driven

• Able to stay professional and positive in a fast-paced environment
