What will you do?
Together with your colleague, you'll be responsible for the financial administration of both our client and their affiliated company, focusing primarily on accounts payable. Operating independently within the Finance department's guidelines, you'll maintain contact with internal and external parties to ensure accurate financial processing in the administration.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Ensuring accurate accounts payable administration
Monitoring invoices for payment in line with the payment procedure
Processing/scheduling payment orders
Administrative support during financial month/year-end closings
Other financial administrative tasks, including customer and supplier contact by phone
Other duties in consultation with the Finance Manager
Your profile
You're adept with numbers and have a positive mindset
Proactive and meticulous in your work approach
You have completed an MBO-level education in a financial administrative field or gained equivalent knowledge through experience
Proficient in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
Driven to work with various software programs
