Our start-up client in Cyprus is looking for a motivated Casino Manager to join their team and be a significant part of the company growth and development!
Tasks:
Management of the online casino day to day basis
Working closely with clients to ensure optimal performance
Working closely with affiliate, VIP and marketing department to recommend promotion and cross-sell opportunities on an ongoing basis
Hands-on role working with various functions throughout the business in terms of problem solving and acting as an escalation for support internally and externally.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
Experience working within the online casino sector in target markets (should be checked during interview Kaz, Az, Can, Tr, Ger)
Good understanding of full mix of online casino operation including payments, sports betting, VIP segment and multi-channel marketing
Person Specification:
Strong communicator
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to think on the go and adapt quickly to changing demands
Previous work experience:
iGaming experience is a must
Previous experience as casino manage at least 1 year
Language skills:
Fluency in written and spoken English
Target markets: Kaz, Az, Can, Tr, Ger (Russian language or Native language of these markets)
