Your Role

As a Customer or Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). Your goal is to deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism while solving issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Troubleshoot technical issues or provide product support

  • Maintain accurate records and data entry

  • Collaborate with teammates and escalate complex cases when needed

  • Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving

Your Profile

  • Native or near-native Slovak

  • Communicative English (B1+)

  • Good communication and active listening skills

  • Time management and multitasking ability

  • Willingness to work in shifts and flexible schedules

  • Basic tech skills and familiarity with software tools

  • Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
