We are currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor for our partner company in the streaming industry, who wants to start their career as soon as possible. As the first point of contact for customers, you demonstrate excellent communication skills and can provide friendly and solution-oriented advice. You never let customer conversations escalate but always find a satisfactory solution for your conversation partners.

About Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Advisor in the insurance industry, you will utilize your skills to solve emerging problems accurately and efficiently and provide solution-oriented advice to your customers. Given the dynamics of this job, you will be able to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace.

  • German-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email regarding various insurance topics
  • Responding to emails and sending documents, information, contracts, etc.
  • Documenting relevant case information in the internal ticketing system
  • Processing claims or canceling inquiries
  • Electronically archiving successfully completed cases
  • Reviewing and updating customer data or similar changes
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Responding appropriately to customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
  • Representing the company's values and maintaining a good reputation

Your Profile:

  • German language skills at C1/C2 level or native speaker + English language skills at B2 level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues is advantageous
  • Patience and empathy to accurately understand customer inquiries
  • Handle all data and personal information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
