What will you do?
Provide customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social media
Assist merchants with questions and inquiries about products and services
Actively improve customer-related processes to enhance satisfaction
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales and Marketing
Candidate profile
Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers
Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus
Excellent German language skills and confident in English communication
Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic about customer communication
Committed to delivering high-quality, customer-friendly service
Curious and persistent when resolving issues
Organized and capable of staying calm in busy situations
