German-speaking Brand Ambassador – Limassol, Cyprus

Our client is looking for a German-speaking Brand Ambassador to join their growing team in the vibrant coastal city of Limassol, Cyprus.

About the Company

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell the company’s services to interested customers via phone, chat, and email

  • Convert warm leads into active users

  • Retain and reactivate existing customers

  • Keep customers informed about special promotions and offers

  • Provide tailored advice and solutions within the gaming industry

  • Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner at all times

  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a proactive sales role

  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus but not required

  • Comfortable using web-based tools and MS Office

  • Typing skills and general computer literacy

  • Willingness to work in shifts

  • Strong cultural awareness of the German market

  • Confident, outgoing, business-minded personality

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills – especially over the phone and in writing
