We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Ads Sales Account Manager (Google Products) to join our dynamic team in vibrant Barcelona!
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels. You will build and nurture client relationships, drive revenue growth, and maximize client satisfaction while working with one of the world’s leading customer experience companies.

What will you do?

Identify and target potential advertising clients through research, networking, and outreach

Develop outbound sales strategies to generate leads and opportunities

Engage prospects via email, phone calls, social media, and industry events

Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ advertising goals and constraints

Create and deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations

Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary sales contact

Collaborate on customized advertising campaigns and strategies

Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations

Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts

Identify upselling, cross-selling, and revenue expansion opportunities
Candidate profile
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Proven success in outbound sales, preferably in digital advertising
-
Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends
-
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
-
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

C1 level English and native-level Dutch
