What will you do?
Project 1: Lead generation, qualification, management
• Prospect and generate leads via outbound calling with SMEs
• Collaborate on territory action plans including targets and messaging
• Schedule meetings and hand over to other sales teams
• Engage in high-level conversations with executives
• Meet monthly qualified lead quotas
• Manage objections and qualify opportunities
• Research and build new/existing account data

Project 2: Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound)
• Conduct daily outbound/inbound sales calls and emails
• Present products/solutions across verticals and business sizes
• Run outbound campaigns and manage pipelines
• Lead deals from initial contact to closure
• Document and refine sales best practices
• Hit monthly sales quotas
• Upsell or cross-sell to existing customers
• Resolve or escalate minor technical issues

Candidate profile
• Native-level fluency in your language and strong English skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound/B2B sales or business development
• Understanding of cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform
• Excellent phone manner with confident communication
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
• Analytical, motivated, and target-driven
• Skilled in pipeline and time management
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus
• Knowledge of local market and business landscape
