Are you a Czech-speaker living in Portugal?

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our partner's team as a Customer Support Representative.

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need promptly and efficiently, contributing to our mission to promote the use of renewable energy.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Support: Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email and chat by handling enquiries, resolving issues and offering solutions for our renewable energy products and services.
  • Technical Support: Assist customers with technical queries and issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as appropriate.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and ensure that order processing is accurate and efficient.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep your knowledge of our renewable energy products and services up to date to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Problem resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner and strive for customer satisfaction.



  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and solutions using our CRM system.
  • Feedback collection: Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services and forward this information to the appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work with other teams such as sales, product development and quality control to ensure a seamless customer experience.



  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree an advantage).
  • Previous customer service or support experience is an advantage, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. (Czech and English)
  • Technical understanding and ability to learn complex renewable energy systems and products.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
  • Knowledge in the use of CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Commitment to environmental protection and an understanding of renewable energy concepts is an advantage.
