We are looking for a Technical Support Advisors to work for A well-known American corporation that provides hardware (smartphone and tablets)/ software product services.

 

As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be:

- Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone

- Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge

- Handling effectively all incoming incidents

- Gathering information from customers, troubleshooting technical issues


Conditions:

- Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term Contract

Salary:

Fixed: 18.540 Euros gross year (base + language compensation)

Performance Bonus: 3.000 Euros gross/year

Shift:

Mon-Sun rotative (9:00-21:00)

Location:

Barcelona Center

Requirements

- German native level speaker with fluent English
