Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch language, spoken and written (C1 language level)
- Good English skills, spoken and written (B2 language level)
- Positive attitude and excellent soft skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
- Interest in technology and good computer skills
- Eagerness to learn new things
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge in IT background/tech stack would be considered as an advantage
Responsibilities
- Support customers via calls, e-mails and chats
- Closely work together with team to find solutions for customers
