Job description

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch language, spoken and written (C1 language level)
  • Good English skills, spoken and written (B2 language level)
  • Positive attitude and excellent soft skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
  • Interest in technology and good computer skills
  • Eagerness to learn new things
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge in IT background/tech stack would be considered as an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Support customers via calls, e-mails and chats
  • Closely work together with team to find solutions for customers

Work time: Monday-Friday, from 09:00 AM till 17:30 PM
