Our client is seeking an energetic German-speaking Solar Sales Manager to spearhead their sales efforts in Barcelona! This critical role requires building client relationships, understanding market dynamics, and collaborating with technical teams for impeccable project delivery and customer satisfaction. You will cover the high-end areas of Barcelona.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in high-ticket B2C sales (knowledge with renewables is a plus)
  • Strong ability to connect with clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Natural born deal-closer
  • Skilled in strategy development and target achievement.
  • Native or at least C2 level German + proficiency in Spanish and English

Your Mission

  • Engage with potential customers, especially in the Dutch & German-speaking community
  • Collaborate with the national Business Development team to build the right strategy
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to create customized solar solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of solar energy with our client
  • Apply effective sales strategies and provide thorough follow-up to support customer decisions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about environmental impact and changing energy perspectives.
  • Empathetic communicator with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse customer portfolio.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven success record.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
