Role Overview

The role consists of three primary responsibilities:

In-Store Video Shopping Experience:

  • Respond to customer sales inquiries via one-way video calls.
  • Influence and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.

Video Content Creation:

  • Present in live events and pre-recorded videos.
  • Contribute to script writing, translation, and brainstorming content.
  • Help shape the direction of the project.

Call Center Support:

  • Take inbound calls and handle administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide additional support for the call center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Demonstration: Showcase products and features through video calls.
  • Sales Increase: Boost sales and market share through effective interactions.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and confidently answer queries.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an expert understanding of over 100 products in our showroom.
  • Inventory Management: Merchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventory.
  • Training: Stay up-to-date with ongoing training programs.
  • Market Insights: Offer market-related feedback and insights.
  • Content Presentation: Present content for public and internal audiences.
  • Script writing and Translation: Assist in creating scripts and translating content.
  • Training Content Creation: Develop and present training materials.
  • Call Center and Filming Support: Provide additional support as needed, including potential out-of-hours work.

Person Specification:

  • Experience: Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Passion for Technology: A strong interest or background in technology.
  • Personality: Friendly, engaging, and comfortable on camera.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Self-motivation: Energetic, positive, and eager to tackle challenges.
  • Team player: Works collaboratively to drive the project forward.
