Job description

Do you want to start a new adventure in beautiful Rabat and work as a customer-service agent for an international contact center? You will work for a project that is the leading player in the telecommunications market in Belgium and Luxembourg. Thanks to its own fixed and mobile networks, they offer both residential and business customers fixed and mobile connectivity services and convergent offerings (internet, telephony, television)


What will you do on a daily basis? 

  • Advise and recommend to customers the packages and plans best suited to their needs;
  • Answering customers' questions and requests concerning services and products and their functionalities;
  • Manage billing;
  • Handle customer requests, disputes and claims ;
  • Manage customer accounts;
  • Revert the call to a Sell.

What is the required profile? 

  • An advanced level of the Dutch language
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus
  • A clean criminal record
  • A strong motivation to work in Morocco on the long-term
