What you’ll be doing

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor for an entertainment company, you will:

  • Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
  • Provide account and application support to viewers namely about software functionality
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
  • Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries
  • Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client.  

We’ll be a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in Italian (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude
