What you will be doing
Act as a primary point of contact to passengers
Answer questions regarding reservations, cancelations, online check-ins and more
Work on a shift-based schedule, 40 hours a week
Work remotely from anywhere in Serbia
What we expect from you
Minimum B2 level of German & English
Valid Serbian passport or a working permit in Serbia
Strong motivation and a "can do"-attitude
Interest of a long term employment (minimum 1 year)
Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred, but not a requirement
