Here is your profile as Account Manager in Spain:

Responsibilities

To carry out its mission, our client for an inside sales team to develop specific customers. The mission will be to:

  • Update the existing customer’s database (identify the right decision maker)
  • Reach out to key contacts
  • Qualify their interest for the two value propositions: business travel and meetings/events
  • Transfer the lead to our client internal sales teams (“group desks”) to set up qualified meetings
  • Develop sales and profitability of the own customer portfolio according to the account plans, the portfolio & marketing plans and country sales strategy.
  • Develop customer experience by proactive sales work.
  • Management of client portfolio

Requirements

  • Native level of the market language and fluent English
  • Experience in prospecting and B2B customer management
  • Expert in inside sales B2B activities
  • Knowledge and interest in the hotel industry desired but not mandatory
  • Outstanding negotiation skills (i.e., reactivation of sleeping customers, prospect and lead qualification, scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation)
  • Self-motivate and proactive attitude to develop new prospect and closing deals.
  • Understand client’s needs
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services.
  • Knowledge and/or interest in the hotel industry desired but not mandatory
