As a Polish-Speaking Content Moderator, you will help ensure a safe and engaging online environment by reviewing and moderating digital content across social media and other platforms. You'll apply content policies to maintain standards around appropriateness, safety, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content like videos, news stories, images, and social media profiles.
- Enforce content policies related to age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
- Monitor reports of abuse, ensuring adherence to client guidelines.
- Escalate issues when necessary to maintain performance standards.
- Participate in wellness programs and team activities to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish and English (C1 for each)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply policies.
- Comfortable working with sensitive content.
- Willingness to move to Thessaloniki and work on-site
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts (day, late & night shifts)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
