We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden!
As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our German operations. Your responsibilities will include providing top-tier customer experiences, resolving inquiries efficiently, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

What will you do?

Provide product-related information and guidance on product usage to customers.

Resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints via chat, email, and phone in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with the product team, providing relevant feedback and insights from customers.

Efficiently resolve customer inquiries regarding invoices in close collaboration with the Finance team.
Candidate profile

Skilled at listening to and understanding customer needs.

Team player who prioritizes the team's success and naturally assists colleagues.

Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of multitasking effectively.

Previous experience in customer-facing positions.

Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level).

Reside in Gothenburg or willing to relocate.
Bonus if you:

Speak Swedish.

Have previous experience within logistics or SaaS/Tech.

Have been employed in a product startup previously.
